Installation Instructions

Access Play Via Settings

Press Home on your remote, then navigate to System → Play Via and select URL Launcher or Custom App.

Open App Management

Go to URL Launcher Settings or App Management and select Install Web App or Install Custom App.

Enter the URL

Type in the URL: http://sneon.co

Install and Wait

Press Install and wait for the download to complete. This may take a few minutes depending on your internet connection.

Configure Settings

After installation, configure the recommended settings below to ensure optimal performance.

Recommended Settings

Set Timeout to Maximum URL Launcher Settings → Timeout → "Never" or maximum duration
Disable Max Power Saving System → Power Control → Max Power Saving → Off
Disable Standby Control System → Power Control → Standby Control → Off
Enable Auto Source Switching System → Auto Source Switching → On → Select "New Input"
Set Default Input System → Default Input → URL Launcher / Custom App

Troubleshooting

App Won't Download

Ensure your TV is connected to the internet. A hardwired Ethernet connection is recommended for reliability. Check your network settings and try again.

Verify the URL

Make sure you entered the correct URL: http://sneon.co (not https). Double-check for typos.

Display Orientation

If your content appears rotated, navigate to Menu → OnScreen Display → Display Orientation and select Portrait or Landscape as needed.

App Closes Unexpectedly

Make sure you've disabled power saving features and set the timeout to maximum. Check that Auto Source Switching is configured correctly.
